Proost & Zoon, Amsterdam, was issued in 260 copies, numbered A-J and I-XXV, each containing a double set of litho's, and 26-250. The lithographs, drawn directly on stone by Dignum Dominicus Lammers, were executed by Kunstdrukkerij v.h. J.A. Luii & Co Amsterdam, whereas the text was printed by Cloeck en Moedigh, Amsterdam.
